This contract excludes dent, ding, or crease repairs that include sanding, bonding or painting or replacement of any vehicle body panel.

A professional PDR Service Provider Technician will inspect all damage to determine if the dent(s), ding(s), or crease(s) can be removed under the Membership guidelines.

Roof repairs that involve the removal of the interior headliner will require an additional charge.

All repairs will be performed at the Member’s home or work place.

Membership provides paintless dent removal only. It does not include or cover repairs of dent(s), ding(s), or crease(s) that have cracked, chipped or scratched paint surface areas.

Dent, ding, or crease greater than 4”, excessive damage, plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber and non-metallic surfaces and bumpers are not covered by Membership.

PDR services will only be performed on the Member’s vehicle.

Commercial vehicles are not eligible.

This membership does not provide any parts, repairs, or services relating to the vehicle, except for the PDR services described and limited by contract.

This contract may run concurrently with any manufacturer’s or maintenance warranty.

• Non-accessible areas.
• Door edges, some wheel well areas or other panels where the primary metal is lapped by a secondary metal panel or bracing material.
  Certain gauge metals with curves and bends.
• Dents, dings, or creases that are so deep that the paint will crack when utilizing PDR methods for repair.
• Previously repaired body damage, utilizing conventional body methods and fillers.
• Deep dents, dings, or creases where the metal has been stretched beyond repair.
• Plan Details for Windshield Repair

We guarantee to repair, per terms of this agreement, windshield chips and starburst cracks caused by rocks, stones
or road debris that strike the windshield during driving upon paved surfaces. Windshield repair covers repair of
windshield “star” cracks and windshield chips no greater than two (2) inches in diameter and two (2) inches in length.
Windshield repair does not cover fissure cracks, cracks that have compromised the integrity of the windshield or block
the vision of the driver. If state inspection standards would deem repair to the affected area to be unnecessary then
repair to that area is excluded. Coverage is only applicable if the loss occurs during the term of your membership and
while the vehicle is traveling upon a paved street.

This contract provides no service or benefits for the following:

• Any failure of the product due to application of other chemicals or due to use of abrasive cleaning materials such as Softscrub or other similar abrasives.
• Any failure of the product due to use of scrubbing brushes, scotch pads or similar cleaning tools.
• Any liability for property damage, or for injury to or death of any persons arising out of the operation, maintenance or use of your vehicle, whether or not related to the product and/or this warranty, including damages associated with loss of time, profit, inconvenience, consequential damages, or any other loss that results from a failure.
• Any service or repair occurring after the expiration of this agreement.
• Any pre-existing condition on the subject vehicle to which this contract applies.
• Claims of damage due to off-road driving, 4 wheeling or other travel on non-paved surfaces.
• Damage occurring outside the continental United States, its territories or Canada.
• Damage caused by acts of God, floods or fires.
• Damage to areas of the vehicle other than the front windshield.
• Damage resulting from an accident or collision.
• Failures resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Any damage covered by customer’s primary insurance provider or covered by manufacturer’s warranty or recall.
• Vehicles to be used commercially, exotic makes, and antique/classic vehicles are not eligible for coverage.
• This contract makes no claim of fitness for a particular purpose and PARTICULARLY MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
